Booking Information

The easiest way to book your tickets is by telephone.  Please contact us on 01750 22204 and we will be happy to help. If we are not in the office you can leave a message with your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We accept payment by cheque or credit or debit card.  We prefer payment in advance of the performance, though in exceptional circumstances tickets may be collected and paid for at the door.  Suppers must always be booked and paid for in advance.

Refund policy
Please note that once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.  Should you be unable to attend a performance please let us know and if there is a waiting list we can sell your tickets for you with a £1 handling charge.  If there is no waiting list we can transfer your tickets to another performance of your choice without charge.  Theatre supper money unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Should you find it more convenient to contact us with your booking request by email please send an email to hcurrie@buccleuch.com giving details of the performance you wish to book and how many tickets you require, along with a contact telephone number and we will telephone you to confirm details.  For your own security please do not include your credit card details in an email and do not leave them on our answer machine.
