| Buccleuch SportingThe pheasant shoot at Bowhill is of the highest quality and has some notable drives, such as Black Andrew in the Yarrow Valley. The grouse moor has tremendous potential and rivals that of the Queensberry Moors. The fishing on the rivers Ettrick and Yarrow has some excellent pools and runs. |
| Boughton, one of Northamptonshire's premier Sporting Estates, has a history of delivering quality sport whilst maintaining conservation. The traditional partridge shooting presents extremely exciting birds over the tall hedgerows. Couple that with the vast network of game and conservation crops and you have some great drives. The traditional woodland drives are spectacular, in particular, Geddington Chase. The River Ise that runs through the centre of the Estate boasts Grayling and wild Brown Trout and is now famous for the quality of coarse fish (in particular the Roach). |
